PEANUT CHUTNEY(WITH GARLIC)

INGREDIENTS: Peanuts(dry roast)-2 cups Garlic-7-8 Chilli powder-1 and a half spoon Salt-as per taste Oil-1 spoon Tamarind pulp-lemon size FOR TEMPERING :  Mustard seeds Cumin seeds Curry leaves Toor dal and urad dal   PREPARATION TIME : 20 MINUTES  PROCEDURE: 1.Take a pan and add oil. When the oil is heated add garlic.After a minute add the dry roasted peanuts and salt. 2.After the salt is mixed well,add the chilli powder and the juice of the tamarind pulp.Mix them well for 2 minutes and switch off the flame. 3.When the mixture is cooled,add it in a blender and make it into a fine paste. 4.For the tadka,take a small pan and add oil. When the oil is heated,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When they splutter,add toor dal and urad dal.When they turn brown add curry leaves and switch off the flame. 5.Add this tadka to the chutney and mix well. Have this yummy chutney with idli or dosa..
