Spicy Crab curry


Ingredients

  • 200 grams cleaned crabs with shell
  • 1 cup cut onions & 6 green chillies ground to a paste in a mixer
  • 1 small onion cut into small pieces
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 Tbsp ginger Garlic paste 1 onion cut into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • Some tadaka


Preparation time: 5 min                     
Cooking time: 15 min            
Serves: 2

Cooking Steps:

Put pressure cooker on stove. Add cleaned Crabs, Onion chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and mix with a spoon and now close the pressure cooker and continue cooking for 10 min and keep aside.

Now take another pan and put little oil and add tadaka and curry leaves wait till they splutter and add the cut onions and fry till onions turn translucent and then add the cooked crab and masala to and fry till the gravy thickens. 

Garnish with coriander and the dish is ready to serve
