French Beans & Tomato curry
Ingredients
- 100 grams French Beans broken into 1” by hand
- 1 tomato and 1 small onion cut into small pieces
- 1Tbsp Nuvvula Podi (Till)
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilly powder
- Curry leaves
- Tadaka
Preparation time: 10 min
Serves: 2
Preparation Steps:
Put a pan on the medium heat now add cooking oil and heat
till it becomes hot then add tadaka, curry leaves and put the cut onion and fry for 2 min.
Then put beans and tomato and continue frying another 2 min
and add water till the vegetables are covered and close lid and wait till the
vegetables are cooked and dry. Now put the Nuvvula Podi as tempering and mix.
Garnish with coriander and serve
