Paneer Curry



Ingredients

100 grams Paneer cut into 1” pieces
1 Tomato cut into 1” pieces
Handful of green peas
8 to 10 Cashew nuts
1 Big size onion (grind it to a paste)
1 Tablespoon curd
2 Tablespoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of Garam masala powder
1 Tablespoon of Jeera powder
2 Teaspoons of dry methi leaves
3 Tablespoons of dry coconut powder
 1tsp Turmeric
2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2

Preparation steps:

Put a pan on the medium fire and add the cooking oil, wait till the oil is heated and then add the Paneer and cashew nuts continue frying for two min and keep aside (Fried Paneer and Cashew nuts).

In the same oil add the grinded onion and fry till oil separates then add  1 Tbsp of  coriander ,Jeera , methi leaves, Turmeric and chilli powder  one by one and stir continuously  till oil leaves the edges.  Add half cup of water and cook for 5 min.

Now add the tomato pieces, green peas and coconut powder close the pan with a lid and continue cooking for another 2min and then finally add the fried Paneer pieces and cashew nuts and sauté for another 2mins. 

Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli and serve
