EASY CHICKEN CURRY FOR BEGINNERS


                                                     
       INGREDIENTS: 
  • 500grams chicken
  •  2 onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • clove 5- 6
  • cumin-a pinch
  • cardamom (elaichi) 2-3
  •  cinnamon stick- 1 inch
  •  salt to taste
  •  chilli powder
  • turmeric powder-pinch
  •  coriander
  •  oil

PREPARATION TIME: 30 MINUTES

PROCEDURE:
Make a fine paste of the following in a mixer jar:
·         500grams chicken
·         2 onions
·         2 medium tomatoes
·         1 spoon ginger garlic paste
·         Clove 5- 6
·         Cumin-a pinch
·         Cardamom (Elaichi) 2-3
·         Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
·         Salt to taste
·         Chilli powder
·         Turmeric powder-pinch
·         Coriander
·         Oil


2. Take a large kadai or pan and add oil. Add a pinch of cumin and after they splutter add the masala paste that is in the mixer jar.

3.After the masala is cooked for 5 minutes,add the chicken pieces which are washed.
 

      4. Cook the chicken for 20-30 minutes while stirring in between.

     5.When the chicken is cooked add coriander leaves.  Yummy chicken curry is ready.
